Our excellent team researched automatic air shower which works all the process by induction.
There is an infrared inductor beside the door. When you put up the hand to approach the indicator and the distance is150mm from hand to inductor, the light of indicator display green and the entrance door will be open. After the person enter into the air shower. Two doors will be closed automatically and the air shower shall work by induction in work zone. When the operation is finished, the exit door will open .The user can walk out and needn’t touch any button to operate the air shower. It is more convenient and more efficient. In addition, identification for the infrared inductor is optional.
We obtained the patent for air shower with vertical air current. All the nozzles are on the top. It won’t produce the whirlpool to insure the remarkable effect in deep degree.
At present, the structure of the most existing air shower equipment is simple. Generally, the wind comes out from the nozzles on two sides. Which cause the flow in chaos and whirlpool easily? It hasn’t a good effect to get rid of the dust and bring the rising dust into the clean room easily. The newest production is adopted fan, HEPA filter, nozzles, and return wind system to compose the shower device. The fan produces a high wind speed which is filtered by the HEPA filter. And then forms a high speed clean air current that come out by sixteen nozzles on the top. The wind speed is more than 25m/s. Then wind returns from the bottom of Air Shower. It forms a circular system. Due to the vertical air current, the velocity of the air current at any spot on a section keep accordant .the air current press down vertically likes a plunger to bring the dust particle that cover the body and goods quickly. The newest air shower’s feature is vertical flow that the air come out from the top and then returns from the bottom. The clean high speed wind that come out from the top blow off the dust on body by the gravity. Most present HEPA unit is bald and diffuses the air unevenly. We had devoted for a long time to improve this weakness and designed the new structure. It can produce perfect air current and bring out the dust from the clean room in maximum. It is more effective to improve the purification than before.
Regarding the mini-pleated HEPA filter, we use the semi-round gasket in stead of the traditional one.
In the past, we stick the black seal to the frame. The traditional black gasket is fallen off easily and the connection of two ends is not perfect. So we bought a machine to make the semi-round gasket to prevent from the leakage, which is more soft and perfect. It belongs the one-up technology.
Regarding the pass box with air shower, we use the button to operate the machine. At present, we use the control panel to make the machine run. It will make the appearance more beautiful.
We exploited a new production that is cleaner for hand in clean room. It is universal equipment. Usually, It is installed on the entrance for the clean room. It also can set in the biology laboratory. Its function is to clean and dry the hands effectually and quickly to decrease the pollution. It is good for improving the production’s quality and enhancing the finished product rate. It can be widely used for electron, national defense, precision instrument, pharmacy, agriculture, biology lab etc.
We changed the design for clean bench. We use the 4 pcs or 6pcs pillars in stand of the metal panel to stand the clean bench. It save the material and own the same effect as before. So it is more economical. Besides, for many precision instruments, photo electricity industry and other occasion, they require the super clean environment and micro-vibration. Micro=vibration and cleanliness seem contradictory .but we devoted to researching and developing the clean bench with our vibration. The table-board is separated from power segment and combines the equipment box perfectly, which avoid cleanliness failure by air leakage and the defect by vibration. We can achieve class 10 purification ranks for this type clean bench by customer requirement.

The control system for clean shed has improved. We use the control panel in stead of the center control box. The center control panel displays the air velocity, pressure, on-off and so on. It is more convenient to adjust the air velocity by user‘s requirement.
